The short version
This is a static website. It does not run a server that collects or stores your personal information, it does not sell data, and it does not require you to create an account. The forms on this site do not transmit anything on their own; they open your own email program so you can choose to send us a message.
Information we do not collect
Because this is a static site, we do not operate databases that capture form submissions, and we do not set our own tracking cookies for advertising. When you fill in a form here, your entries are processed only in your browser to check for obvious errors, and then used to pre-fill an email in your own email application. Nothing is sent until you press send there.
Information you choose to send us
If you email us, whether through a form that opens your email program or by writing to us directly, we receive whatever information you include, such as your name, email address, and message. We use that information only to respond to you and to follow up about your inquiry, volunteering, a donation, or an event. We do not sell it or share it for marketing.
Hosting and server logs
Like most websites, the service that hosts this site may automatically record basic technical information such as IP addresses, browser type, and pages requested, for security and reliability. That processing is handled by the hosting provider under its own terms. When we finalize our hosting provider before launch, we will name it here.
Third-party links
This site links to external resources, including the IRS Tax Exempt Organization Search. Those websites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit.
Donations
Online donation processing is not yet enabled on this site. When it is, payments will be handled by a reputable third-party processor with its own privacy and security practices, and we will update this policy to describe what that processor receives and how it is used.
Children’s privacy
This website is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site.
Changes to this policy
As our tools evolve, for example when we add online giving or an email newsletter, we will update this page to reflect those changes accurately.
