About the Principal Officer designation
“Principal Officer” is the title shown in the organization’s IRS filing record. It is presented separately so it is not confused with Charity for All’s current executive leadership and board titles.
How governance works
Charity for All is a nonprofit corporation and a 501(c)(3) public charity. That legal form comes with real obligations, and we treat them as the floor rather than the ceiling.
- Public charity classification. We are classified under Internal Revenue Code section 170(b)(1)(A)(vi), the category for organizations supported by a broad base of donors rather than a single funder.
- Annual filing. We file the required annual return with the IRS. Our current filing is the Form 990-N electronic notice for organizations with gross receipts of not more than $50,000.
- Open records. Our legal name, EIN, exemption date, and status are published on this site so anyone can verify us without asking.
- Fiscal discipline. Our accounting period ends December 31, giving a clear annual cycle for planning and reporting.
